to stickhero,
the Animation programs these pro's (stone, terkoiz, ect.) use is usually "Flash".
There is also Macromedia MX and Pivot and lots lots more.
I would recommend Flash or macromedia, put i started off by pivot, so...yea.

yeah, its true you can animate with those programs, but if you want to animate, I'll recomend you flash 8, if you wanna do actionscript, cs3, and drawings, and art in general, cs4.

The program is either Flash 8, Adobe Flash CS3 or Adobe Flash CS4.
