Hello welcome this is just a short tutorial to explain tweening
so lets get started shall we?

Right so first we have a ball which we don't have to make a movie clip but I have
done so for a more tidier approach.



Right once you have done that you will need to make some more frames.
Once you have done that right-click on the frames in the middle and click
create motion tween as show below.


Top: Right-clicked on it
Bottom: Afterwards

Now that you have done that click the frame that is at the end of the tween,
once you have selected it move the object that is being tweened to another place.


Above: With onion skin on it should look something like that.

Easing:
To get easing click on one of the blue frames with the arrow on it any of them and have properties open at the bottom [Ctrl + F3] and ease should be there.


Once you have changed the easing you should notice a change on the onion skin of it
like so:




Shape Tween:
Shape tweening is easy just do all the steps like before but draw a different shape
instead of moving the other shape and select shape tween like this which should be on the
same panel as ease:
